

To manage, operate, and maintain water and sewerage systems, including the collection, treatment, and distribution of water and the collection, treatment, and disposal of sewage.To provide water and sewerage services to households, commercial, and industrial customers. To construct, maintain, and repair water and sewerage infrastructure, including pipes, pumps, valves, and treatment plants. To monitor and control water quality and pressure, manage water distribution and sewerage networks, collect and treat wastewater, dispose of sewage sludge and other waste materials, collect, transport, treat, dispose of, and manage solid waste, including municipal solid waste, industrial waste, and hazardous waste. Operate and maintain waste management facilities, including landfills, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and composting facilities. To implement waste reduction, reuse, and recycling programs. Develop and implement sustainable waste management practices. To develop, design, engineer, construct, operate, and maintain photovoltaic (PV) solar projects. To generate electricity from solar energy and sell it to utilities, governments, or private customers, own, operate, and maintain solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment. Manage, conserve, and protect wetland ecosystems, including marshes, swamps, and other aquatic ecosystems. Restore and rehabilitate degraded or damaged wetlands, and develop and implement wetland management plans and strategies.
